Bonnie is a childcare consultant who has worked in the field of Early Care and Education since 1985. She was the recipient of the Most Inspirational Director from the Orange County Association for the Education of Young Children in 1995. She is featured in “Faith in Children” by Roberta R. Owens, which includes stories from faith-based children’s centers.
Bonnie has architected strategic plans that consistently generate results and positively impact an organization’s reach in the communities it serves. From 1991 to 2007 Bonnie served as Director of the Children’s Center at Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Tustin, CA. During that tenure she grew the program from 35 children to over 100 families and managed an $850K budget.
Bonnie has worked extensively with Community Care Licensing and has a vast understanding of Title 22 requirements for Infant/Toddler, Day Care and School Age Programs. She has opened childcare programs and assisted programs with a variety of licensing issues.
Bonnie has organized conferences as well has been a keynote speaker for several organizations and colleges.
Bonnie was a Preschool Director and knows the pain of your To Do list. She started Piazza Premier Preschool Staffing Agency in 2013 to help you get your job done while helping you serve the children in your community. She does not hire any teacher she would not have hired in her own programs.
